FAQ

How does the foundation make money?

This is the most common question asked.  The dealer we have partnered with gives ISF a very small commission, usually between $20-$30 if you purchase a sauna on Terry's safe list.  This allows Terry to keep this website operational and software to collect new surveys from people that purchase infrared saunas.

 

Where did the foundation get it's survey results?

In the beginning, the foundation reached out to as many infrared sauna brands as possible.  The email asked if we could send an after purchase survey to their customers.  Some complied and others did not.  ISF also joined dozens of online forums asking for surveys and the offering spread like wildfire. Once a year ISF sends out over 1m emails from a list ISF purchases that have been listed as purchasing a sauna.
